It’s incredible how quickly the pounds can sneak up on you. One day, just for fun, I stepped on my bathroom scale.  I had gained thirty pounds! I know my story is typical of many other Americans in their thirties, but I still wondered, “How could this happen to me?”

I was just reading my e-mails this morning and read a great story of a women who decided after trying all kinds of diet plans with no long term results to give the HCG diet a try. She had almost lost all hope to ever being healthy and getting her weight under control.

I could really relate to her and her frustration of year of dieting only to be heavier then when she started dieting. I know exactly how that makes you feel. You feel like a loser.
